Obviously Perez Hilton is being targeted because he is doing really well for himself with his blog. Now there are so many blogs out there that use X17 pictures and who is to say that every time he used one of X17 pictures that he actually got it from there site. If X17 does not want anyone to use their pictures then they should program their site with an image disable function with a popup copyright. So why don't they do that? It would stop other blogs using their photos whether they are blogs making money or not.
When they targeted him and started this lawsuit all they have done is given him more publicity and more hits to his site and at the end of the day I cant see him losing this because it will mean that we all will have to stop using pictures from magazines or where ever you find them because they will be owned by someone else.
