Kevin Federline and Britney Spears have settled in a 10million in a divorce deal.
The star couple have also agreed to drop the custody battle over their sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

A pal said: “Everything changed when Britney went into rehab. She and Kevin started talking again and he’s been a tower of strength for her.

“Her time in rehab has given Britney a lot of time to think, and has shown her Kevin loves his kids and is a good dad.”

Under the out-of-court agreement, Britney, 25, will pay rapper K-Fed, 29, a £1million lump sum, plus half her earnings during their two-year marriage, and half the proceeds of the sale of their mansion in Malibu, California.

They will share custody of their boys.

Britney checked into the Promise clinic in Malibu a month ago after shaving her head, but has told pals she is ready to leave.

She is refusing medication as she “feels fine”.
