The secret is out Cameron Diaz and Angel have been seeing each other, but did he tell her he was married Who knows but it is out now. Joanne Sarantakos, has gone to court in Long Island, New York, claiming she has been married to him for five years.

He hid their relationship 'a secret,' she charged, because he was worried it might diminish his sex appeal to female fans of his TV show, Mindfreak. In testimony to the New York Supreme Court, her lawyer accused Angel of adultery with Diaz, whom the magician has praised as 'one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollywood.'

The lawyer, Dominic Barbara , said he has had Criss,39, tailed by a private investigator and will demand that Diaz testify about the affair. We're naming Cameron Diaz as his lover,' he told the court.

He said that Angel has an abusive relationship' with Joanne, 37, and is refusing to pay her household expenses, despite the fact he earned GBP3.5 million last year and just signed a GBP100 million contract with a Las Vegas casino. Joanne's father, Richard Winkhart, angrily said after the hearing that the magician's personal life is an 'illusion.'

'When his career took a jump forward, he became a different person,' Winkhart said. 'My daughter was never acknowledged as his wife. He told her it was a better single image, than a married image.'
