Britney Spears branded a “habitual, frequent and continuous” user of drugs and alcohol by LA judge Scott Jordon had begged the court to hand Kevin Federline the same treatment.

A pal said: “She is furious. She believes the court is more sympathetic towards Kevin.”
Britney, 25, is in court to seek joint custody of the couple’s two sons.

I think it is fair because if she is doing drugs and am sure he is a user too. I dont even think that both of them are hardcore into drugs either. That is the price you pay in the celebrity world everything gets blown out of proportion.
