Kylie Minogue is at the centre of a legal battle with a New Zealand strip club. Her lawyers have served the owner of the club in Wellington a cease and desist notice urging him to remove a sexy picture of the pop star from its window.
club boss Garth Rosson says it's a case of mistaken identity - insisting the picture was downloaded from the Internet and bears no resemblance to the singer.
He told New Zealand paper The Dominion Post that the raunchy outfit worn by the Kylie lookalike should have indicated it wasn't the real Minogue.

He said: "What would a nice girl like Kylie be doing in a wet top like that?" But Rosson has kindly agreed to take the image out of his window, "We wouldn't want to upset her. Not at Christmas anyway" he added.
