Gwyneth Paltrow was admitted into hospital on Monday, due to health problems. According to US reports, she was taken to New York's Mount Sinai Hospital on Monday afternoon, where she was spotted "slumped in a wheelchair".
The onlooker added: "She looked not well."
Paltrow's spokesman Stephen Huvane said she was now fine and back home but declined to comment further.
