Fergie was in New York last night and took a fall in a pair of her 5 inch high heel shoes. I think she was more worried about where the camera's were when she tripped. This all happened outside the Waverly Inn restaurant in the West Village. As you can see her security guard was on hand to catch her before she hit the pavement.
