Jessica Simpson gets the party started early for her 28th birthday on Thursday. Jessica and Tony Romo went to Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, CA. They were joined by sister Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz.At one point, Ashlee and Jessica got on stage to “sing” with The Copycats, a cover band.
