Kylie Minogue received an OBE at Buckingham Palace today for her services to music. She arrived by chauffeur-driven limousine with blacked-out windows. She was accompanied by her parents Ron and Carol. Kylie wore a shimmering cream-coloured dress decorated with large stars and gold stilettos.
