Halle Berry'S Daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry

Halle Berry has named her newborn daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry. Now you are thinking how did she come up with this now, well it has been inspired by the Arabic word for 'drink of water' in naming her first born. The middle name 'Ariel' comes from Hebrew and means 'lion for God'.
Nahla takes the surname of her father, model Gabriel Aubry.

Heather Mill A Rich Lady

Heather Mills emerged triumphant today after securing a multi-million pound pay day. The former model was all smiles as she addressed the world's media on the steps of London's High Court today.

She said: "It was an incredible result in the end."

While Sir Paul McCartney initially offered £15.8 million, Miss Mills eventually reached a settlement of £24.3 million in her divorce deal with Sir Paul McCartney. Sir Paul arrived at court 34 at 10.15am and was followed shortly by Miss Mills. He was wearing a dark grey overcoat and she wore a grey, blue and green three-piece suit and blouse.

Neither made any comment.

Ms Mills swept past massed ranks of media photographers and cameramen in a black limo, accompanied by four advisers.

In a sharply-tailored brown and blue trouser suit with a bright red shirt, she strode purposefully into the building with her blonde hair flying.

Mr Justice Bennett was delivering the details of his decision in private, but was expected to take instructions from the parties over whether any details should be made public so as to end media speculation.

But insiders suggest neither party is likely to object to basic details being released. The decision over releasing any details will be made when both parties agree. Daily Mail Reports.

Celebrities in Bed

Who would you like to eat breakfast in bed with? The British people have said Johnny Depp and Kelly Brook, not a bad choice. I think David Beckham would be my choice.

Leigh McCarron, the Sleep Director of Travelodge, said: "There are few things in life more luxurious than having a decadent breakfast in bed and this is one tradition as a nation we should preserve.

"I would urge people to have regular lie-ins and what better way to spend even more time in bed than to indulge in a hearty breakfast with a loved one."

Actress-and-TV presenter Denise Van Outen was men's second most popular choice, closely followed by 'Wow' singer Kylie Minogue.

The top five was rounded off by former 'Friends' actress Jennifer Aniston and 'Underworld' star Kate Beckinsale.

Soccer star David Beckham was the second choice for women, while 'Michael Clayton' actor George Clooney was in third position.

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson Back On

Should we be happy thatKate Hudson has rekindled her relationship with actor Owen Wilson. I think not because next time she dumps him, he may not see another day.

The 28-year-old blonde actress was spotted visiting the 39-year-old actor at his Malibu, California home on Monday, following his appearance at the Oscars the night before.

And on Saturday morning, Wilson was photographed leaving Hudson's Pacific Palisades home, before reuniting with the actress later that day at 5pm at his own home.

Oops Paul McCartney Does It Again

I am so glad that Paul McCartney did not pay out £55million to Heather Mills in their divorce settlement. I bet she was not smiling yesterday lol.

Blake Fielder-Civil Nearly Died

Amy Winehouse's husband Blake nearly died after a heroin overdose in Prison. Blake Fielder-Civil was reportedly hurried to Pentonville Prison's hospital block, writhing in pain, after guards found him violently vomiting in his cell.

How sick is that he can't even keep clean in Prison, what hope is their for him when he gets out.

A jail source said that it was a "close call" for Blake and warned he might not be so lucky next time.
The News Of The World: "He's being very stupid. It's only because everyone reacted so quickly that this dodgy gear didn't do long-term harm."

Blake and six other prisoners were all immediately sick after taking the drug in London's dreaded Pentonville prison.

Sir Paul McCartney £55m divorce Deal

Sir Paul McCartney finally is settling the divorce settlement. Heather Mills walk away with £55million, first a lump sum of £20million and a further £2.5million a year for the next 14 years - every year until their daughter Beatrice turns 18.

She must never publicly discuss in detail the reasons behind the breakdown of the six-year marriage.

The substantial annual payout includes a large share put aside solely to cover the cost of round-the-clock security for Miss Mills whether Beatrice is with her or not after she recently revealed she had been the target of "death threats".

Hollywood Diet Secrets

The Black Book Of Hollywood Diet Secrets, published later this month, takes you inside the fridges of some of the most recognisable faces in the world. Did you know that Cindy Crawford sips vinegar to kill her appetite before heading out to dinner, or that Demi Moore reaches for apple slices with peanut butter when she wants a sugar fix? The Black Book's authors, showbiz journalists Kym Douglas and Cindy Pearlman, know the Hollywood scene inside out and can tell you exactly what keeps the world's hottest bodies in A-list shape.

On one of her first assignments, Kym fell in love with the actor she was interviewing, Jerry Douglas, the star of hit U.S. soap, The Young And The Restless.

"When we married, I was thrown into the Hollywood scene," she recalls, "I would show up at all these awards shows and see women who were literally flawless.

"The reporter in me set out to discover what their secrets were, and I've been doing it ever since.

"Over the years I've witnessed how size has become increasingly important in LA," says Cindy.

"Twenty years ago you'd see people with various body types; it was okay to be a size 8 (UK size 12).

"Nowadays, you have to be a size zero. But the biggest secret I learned from celebrities is that they don't do 'diet food'.

"They eat the real thing, just not a lot of it.

"I remember sitting down to breakfast with Elizabeth Hurley and being shocked that she was having real bacon with her eggs, not turkey or tofu bacon.

"And she said: 'I'm just going to have a salad for lunch and a little dinner, so it's fine. But I'm not going to have fake bacon.'

"This book is for real women with real bodies: for the woman going to her school reunion or on a blind date and doesn't want to go on some big crash diet.

"There are little tricks that celebrities do, and if you emulate them, you will see some weight loss."

So what are Hollywood's hottest diet tips? Here's the A to Z of all you need to know...

A IS FOR ASPARAGUS: Celebrities live on it. It's a natural diuretic, it diminishes bloating and is on every Hollywood insider's must-eat list. Actor Owen Wilson never misses his daily double dose of asparagus and parsley.

B IS FOR BRUSH YOUR TEETH: After eating, young starlets rush to the bathroom; not to throw up but to brush up.

The craze was begun by a nutritionist who advised her famous young client that the best way to maintain her mere 15 per cent body fat was to use a toothbrush after every meal. Nutritionists say it works because the new taste in your mouth signals to your brain that you are full.

BLUE PLATES: Why? Blue is the least appetising colour for human beings and studies show when you eat from a blue plate you eat less.

C IS FOR FOR COOKIE: The Cookie Diet, followed by celebs such as singer Kelly Clarkson and Oscar-winner Jennifer Hudson, advocates "eat a cookie, skip a meal".

Eat up to four biscuits a day in place of breakfast and lunch. Have a healthy dinner (600-900 calories) and you will lose weight. The diet works as it's based on calorie restriction. See www. hollywoodcookiediet.com.

. . . and CINNAMON: In Chinese medicine cinnamon is one of the herbs most widely used to aid circulation and digestion. There is evidence that it can lower levels of cholesterol and blood sugar, and relieves gas. Celebrities often sprinkle some in their tea.

D IS FOR DITCH THE DIET DRINKS: Actress Jessica Alba and Paris Hilton say drinking diet drinks is the worst thing you can do if you are trying to lose weight. There's evidence to suggest that every can consumed daily nearly doubles your risk of being overweight. Experts believe that diet drink fans tend to eat more as they think they're being virtuous with their drinks.

. . . and DANDELION TEA: A natural diuretic, great for banishing water retention. Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna are said to be fans.

E IS FOR EPSOM SALTS: By bathing in these, you can actually-soak away the pounds. The magnesium sulphate in the salts will draw the fluids out of your body. Celebs, including supermodel Heidi Klum, use it and some stars do this to banish bloating before filming.

F IS FOR FITFLOP: This flat sandal-like shoe is made of rubberand trims and tones your legs because the sole activates your muscles mid-step to help tone your thighs, calves and bottom.

G IS FOR GRAPEFRUIT: Grapefruit oil gives off an aroma that affects liver enzymes and promotes weight loss.

Studies show that animals exposed to grapefruit scent for 15 minutes three times a day showed a reduction in appetite and body weight. Jennifer Lopez and model Carmen Electra carry vials of grapefruit oil with them.

H IS FOR HIKE: Ultra-slim celebs such as actress Kate Bosworth, Cat Deeley and Renee Zellweger are big fans of hiking as a way to get off the pounds. Reese Witherspoon takes it one step further by walking backwards to tone her calves and tighten her body, all the while carting along 5lb weights.

I IS FOR ICE LOLLIES: Oprah Winfrey snacks on these when she's hungry. She likes iced fruit bars because they take a long time to eat and satisfy her sweet tooth.

J IS FOR JAVA COFFEE: Notice how every time you see a photo of celebrities, they are carrying around a huge cup of coffee? It's what's in the coffee that makes the difference between fit and fat.

If they're in need of a sweet fix, stars use a small amount of real sugar, not artificial sweeteners which can contribute to obesity.

Unsweetened almond or soya milk, which has fewer calories than regular milk but more creaminess than skimmed, is also a celebrity favourite.

. . . and JESSICA SALAD: When singer and actress Jessica Simpson wants to lose weight she eats the same salad at Loggia Italian Cafe in Studio City, California, every day. They now call it "The Jessica" on the menu.

Make your own version with two chopped Asian pears, ten sliced strawberries, one cup of grilled chicken breast cut into strips, ten romaine lettuce leaves, chopped, a small handful of croutons.

Mix them with a dressing made up of 2tbsp olive oil and 1tbsp balsamic vinegar, one egg yolk and 1tsp Dijon mustard, with salt and pepper to taste.

K IS FOR KNIT: Julia Roberts and Uma Thurman do this to keep themselves from snacking, relieve stress and improve concentration.

L IS FOR LIQUORICE: Eat a piece of liquorice, a strong breath-freshener mint, or a Listerine breath strip when you're hungry.

It might be enough to stop you from eating something that will derail your diet. Plus, the fresh taste on your tongue will numb your tastebuds.

M IS FOR MATCHA GREEN TEA: This is a concentrated form of tea in which one cup is the equivalent of eight to ten cups of green tea. It boosts your metabolism and also cuts sweet cravings.

N IS FOR NIGHT-TIME: The most important time of day for dieters. Kate Beckinsale's trainer insists that she cut out starchy carbs when the sun goes down. It's one of the "quickest ways to drop pounds fast".

O IS FOR ONE CHEAT DAY A WEEK: Give yourself one day off a week so you don't feel deprived. Still-stunning Michelle Pfeiffer allows herself Mexican food or doughnuts on occasion.

P IS FOR PRUNES: Hollywood nutritionists suggest using four chopped-up prunes with the minced beef when you make up a hamburger. It cuts the fat by 40 per cent and you won't even taste it.

QIS FOR QUICK SUGAR FIX: One Los Angeles bun shop is particularly popular with Hollywood starlets. But instead of ordering a massive cinnamon roll, they ask for a tiny paper cup filled with icing. That way they satisfy their sweet tooth without eating the calories.

R IS FOR REFUSING: Don't be tempted by gherkins or pickles as Americans call them. Celebrities never eat them as the high sodium content encourages bloating and water retention. As one said, you "might as well suck on a salt-shaker".

S IS FOR SCALES: Try the Celebrity Weighing Scales. Each benchmark on this scale is not a number but the name of a celebrity - even Bridget Jones. Boring to know you weigh 135lb but much more interesting to know you weigh the same as Goldie Hawn.

Of course, if we ever hit the Cameron Diaz marker we will all weep with joy. Available in the UK at www.firebox.com. . . . and SUSHI: Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie live on it. It's low-calorie, and the vitamin-rich seaweed can lower cholesterol.

T IS FOR THE TEN MINUTES TRICK: When actress Jennifer Garner was trying to shed the 4st she packed on with baby Violet, she played a mental trick on herself. As she approached her treadmill with dread, she would say: "OK, it's just for ten minutes, after that you can get off the thing. That's no time at all."

She added: "The funny thing is, after the ten minutes I would always want to do another ten minutes, which led to another ten minutes. It's a great way to trick yourself into doing your cardio."

U IS FOR UNDERHAND PHOTOS: They say that the camera adds 10lb? Now there's a camera that makes you look thinner. The HP Photosmart R937 digital camera trims 10lb off your figure. Celebrities swear by it.

V IS FOR VEGANISM: Alicia Silverstone says that going vegan is the key to lasting weight loss: "I swear it's so easy. You don't have to have a diet mentality at all if you eat healthy, plant-based foods."

W IS FOR WEDGES: According to Hollywood stylists it's the footwear that makes you look the thinnest. Cameron Diaz, Jessica Simpson and Gwen Stefani all wear wedges for that reason. Stylists love them for cover shoots as it makes the featured actress look taller and slimmer.

Y IS FOR YAZ: An exercise class that combines spinning and yoga and is the current workout du jour in Hollywood. Actress Rosario Dawson is a fan and says: "It's not only great that I'm feeling strong, but because of Yaz my butt is looking much better these days."

Z IS FOR ZETA JONES: Our Catherine believes in variety: "I'm always mixing it up a little bit between walking, working out in a gym and swimming. I don't do any routine two days in a row."

And the bad news? No one gets off that easy. No matter what these women eat, one thing remains consistent: their workouts. Cindy Pearlman notes: "These women don't skip the gym - ever.

"If they have to get up at 5am to start filming, they will get up at 3am to work out. They never miss a day."

Kelly Brook Nudiest Beach

Kelly Brook and Billy Zane keep their swimwear on whilst on a nudiest beach on the Caribbean island of St Barts. I thought the point of going on a nudiest beach was for you to get naked not to watch everyone else on the beach naked.
